Colonel Victoria Bowens (Air Force Retired) is a distinguished leader, strategist, and catalyst for organizational growth and development, boasting over 30 years of unparalleled experience in the dynamic field of Human Resources. Throughout her illustrious career, she has showcased exceptional expertise in strategic planning, training and development, program and project management, and championing diversity and inclusion initiatives.

In her extensive military and federal service tenure, Colonel Bowens has held pivotal leadership positions across 16 roles, ranging from command and operational positions at the Office of the Secretary of Defense, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and Air Staff to various major commands, squadrons, and wing levels both within and outside the United States. Her dedication to excellence has been instrumental in supporting multiple deployed operations, showcasing her adaptability and strategic acumen on a global scale.

Victoria is a distinguished alumna of the University of Akron, Ohio, where she earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Management. Commissioned through the Air Force Reserve Officer’s Training Corps as a distinguished graduate, she furthered her education, obtaining a Master of Arts in Administration from Central Michigan University and a master’s degree in military Operational Art and Science from the Air Force’s Air University.

Beyond her academic achievements, Colonel Bowens has been recognized as a Black Innovator in Stem +Arts by Wonder Woman Tech and was honored as the National Association of Professional Women’s “Professional Woman of the Year” in 2013. Her notable recognitions also include being featured in the “Worldwide Who’s Who” in the Registry of Executives, Professionals, and Entrepreneurs for 2012-2013, and being acknowledged as one of the Most Influential in the 2nd Edition of “Who’s Who” Black in Washington, D.C., in 2010
